By the time Barbara Mettler entered high school, she knew that rhythm and body movement was the source of her delight. Barbara always delighted herself and her students through creative movement and group dance. As Barbara began teaching group dance in her studio, she discovered that when each person was free enough to express themselves through their movement, each person in the group experienced creativity well beyond the sum of their individual movements, and the dance seemed to create itself.
