Covid-19 Protocols:
Mettler Studios highly recommends participants have up to date Covid-19 vaccinations for all Mettler Studios in-person classes and events, although they are not required.
Masks and sanitizer will be available to all who wish to use them.
Persons with respiratory symptoms, recent close exposure to Covid-19, or testing positive to Covid-19 should contact us and follow CDC guidelines for staying home, testing and masking. Do not plan to come to class if there is risk of contagion and contact the teacher.
IACD members receive a discount to many Mettler Studios workshops.

Explore movement expressions through the free approach to body movement pioneered by Barbara Mettler. A variety of movement themes will be presented to encourage students to cultivate kinesthetic awareness, creativity and connection.
Please wear black top and bottom without designs or logos.
For safety reasons, jewelry should not be worn during class.
Prior dance experience not needed.
