Mettler Studios COVID-19 Safety Policy
Effective Date: 1/1/2025
Objective:
To ensure the health and safety of all participants, staff, and community members during our dance activities amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Policy Overview:
In alignment with CDC recommendations, our organization is committed to minimizing the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This policy outlines the requirements regarding COVID-19 testing and vaccination status for all participants.
1. Vaccination Status:
All Participants are strongly encouraged to stay up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations. Being vaccinated significantly reduces the risk of severe illness and transmission.
2.. Testing Requirements:
Immediate Pre-Participation Testing:
All participants in courses meeting on consecutive days are required to take a COVID-19 test immediately before attending that course. This helps ensure the safety of all attendees.
Daily Testing for Non-Vaccinated Individuals:
Participants in courses meeting on consecutive days who are not up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations must take a COVID-19 test each day prior to participation. This requirement is in place to protect the health of all individuals involved in our programs.
3. Compliance and Enforcement:
Participants must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result before engaging in activities. Failure to comply with these testing requirements may result in being unable to participate in classes.
4. Rationale:
This policy is designed to prioritize the health and safety of our community. By implementing these measures, we aim to create a safe environment for everyone involved.
5. Review and Adaptation:
This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated based on the latest CDC guidelines and local health regulations. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we navigate these challenges together.
